Dr. Kidd is a Colorado native who can’t remember a time she didn’t want to be a veterinarian. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The University of Illinois graduating with honors. She was a member of many associations at U of I including The Emergency and Critical Care Society, Shelter Medicine, and Feline Medicine.
At Redstone Animal Hospital, Dr. Kidd seeks to put both the patients and their families at ease while providing high-quality medical care and minimizing their stress. Dr. Kidd’s interests include surgery, oncology, shelter medicine, and pain management.
When Dr. Kidd is not seeing patients, she loves spending time with her animals- a rescue lab mix, a Great Pyrenees, and one sassy cat! In her free time, she enjoys hiking, tending to her plants, crafts, and being out in the sunshine.
