Redstone: COVID-19 Updates


UPDATE AS OF JANUARY 26, 2021

At this time we are able to allow some doctors to see some appointments in the building but these are limited due to capacity.

The following regulations are in place:

  • One Client in the building per appointment. Clients will be escorted from their cars 
  • No Lobby seating or waiting
  • Masks/Face coverings are mandatory
  • Please remain seated in the designated area during your pet's exam to maintain social distance
  • Please utilize our drive-thru to pick up medications, drop off samples, and make payment. 

UPDATE AS OF NOVEMBER 3, 2020

In order to best serve the needs of you and your pets, the following measures are in place.

  • We are keeping our normal business hours 
  • We are operating 100% curbside service- lobby will be closed so please call us upon your arrival or utilize our drive-thru.
  • The kennel will operate with modified business hours and will have new protocols in place.

UPDATE AS OF MAY 6, 2020

Here at Redstone Animal Hospital, we have developed a system in which we can safely provide full care for your pets. We are now open our regular business hours and offering a variety of options. 

  • Providing curbside services for Technician Appointments, Emergencies, and Procedure Drop Offs. 
  • You may request curbside service for your Drs appointment if you like
  • All clients must wear masks when INSIDE the building.
  • All staff will continue to wear masks 
  • Only two clients will be allowed to wait inside the lobby in designated areas. There are other waiting areas in place and a representative will direct you. 
  • Full sanitization measures in each department will remain as well as additional measures such as increased door and surface cleaning 
  • Telemedicine will continue to be offered
  • Due to the heavy volume of appointments we will be instituting a "No Show" fee of $25. If you need to call and cancel an appointment you may do so with a minimum of 2 hours notice and avoid this fee.

We will keep you informed as we continue to get updates on internal restrictions. Please contact us if you may have any additional questions or concerns.

  • Saturday normal operating hours 8:00am-2:00pm.
