They Love Us

Our family has been going to Redstone for years. The doctors, office staff and techs have always been friendly, compassionate and genuine. Through the heartbreaking loss of pets to the joy of welcoming new ones, Redstone has always been wonderful. All our pets have been adopted from rescues. They have come with a wide range of health and behavior issues. I know I can trust the staff at Redstone to provide us the very best care and advice.

We love Dr Downie and every other vet there that we’ve seen. The current vet tech crew is awesome as are the current front desk folks. My dogs both love coming and all the treats more than make up for the shots—so much love is given that they don’t even notice.

Boarding and pet care at the same location done right by the best crew around!!! Going on vacation? They will love the atmosphere here as they will be well taken care of!! Clean and a fun place for any furry family member!

Auburn has been boarding here for years. I would never even consider taking her anywhere else. I give them an A+

Booking the reservation was quick and easy. Staff is very friendly. The facility was clean, and our dog loved the indoor/outdoor runs. I would take our dog here again.

This place is awesome! They take picture's and videos of your Fur Baby! Georgia was super scared her first day we went the second day and she was howling and dancing all the way to her Daycare! She loves it! Thanks Guys for making it safe and fun!

I’ve been bringing my dogs here for over 7 years. Through wellness and emergencies, the care provided by Dr. Downey and her friendly staff has never been anything less than stellar. I highly recommend them!

Yesterday I went to Redstone with a complementary visit with a rabies shot after adopting a dog at the Humane Society. I really appreciate this service they offer. They treated my little guy good and showed me how to clean his ears after I asked about ear care. Then the assistant thanked me for adopting my dog. This touched my heart because I am the thankful one for being able to get my dog Remy. Susan

My dogs are not afraid to walk in and neither am I or my wallet. Reasonable and friendly plus the new makeover the building has undergone is impressive. Above all else the Vets and Techs are not pushy and don’t try to sell you a bunch of stuff you really don’t need like my old Vet always did. I am very pleased.

Friendly, courteous, and quick service. Dr. Sheets was friendly and professional. No hard sells on unneccessary treatments or meds. Clean facilities. I was there for well-dog check and required shots. An exceptional first impression.

We adopted 2 senior cats from Humaine Society, Redstone was the vet office where we were sent for checkups, but we are now loyal clients. We absolutely love the staff and how professional yet personal they are with us. Always receive great advice and care options that are affordable.

I don't know how you remove the stress odors, but this was my Westie's first visit here and she did NOT shake or shiver while in the waiting room.

We've had our rescue dogs at Redstone for since we got them 4 years ago. Their care has been excellent, the scheduling accommodating, and the atmosphere welcoming. Unlike the sterile environments you find at the chain veterinary establishments connected to pet stores, Redstone feels like a homey environment and our dogs aren't as nervous there. We've been very satisfied.

I recently moved and had to find a new vet, which isn't an easy task when it comes to a furbaby! I received a wonderful recommendation from our HOA President to go to Redstone. I witnessed a variety of episodes while I was there. One gentleman had a new puppy full of energy, and another guest was making arrangements to put her beloved pet down. I saw emotional staff and happy staff while I was there and I have to add that the guy receptionist is totally enthusiastic and full of cheer! I was impressed by the vet and her assistant that gave my Aussie a complete exam and took the time to explain each procedure that she did. I am happy to say that I have found my happily ever after vet for my dogs!

This has been the primary clinic for my dogs for over 20 years. This is a great veterinary practice. They are efficient, caring and incredibly professional. The clinic had been dramatically updated over the years and is a first class clinic and animal hospital. The doctors and the rest of the staff are all fantastic. Keep up the great work.

Dr. Carly Starnes is absolutely a Vet I recommend to other pet owners. She has done an excellent job helping diagnose and treat our dogs and they love her! Our dog Bella disliked all her other vets in life but always was happy to see Dr. Starnes. I’m so grateful for Redstone and the excellent care our pets receive. Thank you!!!

I’ve taken my kitty here several times over the past year and have received caring, trustworthy service. She just had her dental cleaning yesterday and I’m already noticing a more happy cat.
